Revolve

This project required the design and build of a bespoke, digitally addressable lighting rig to internally light a large structure made of galvanised steel mesh for Esther Rolinson's 'Revolve' installation at the Curve Theatre in Leicester. The lighting rig used 25 individually controllable power LEDs and was made in a modular way so different lengths of cable could be used between lighting units for a length of up to 80m. The lighting was controlled by drawing data made using an internet application which was engineered by Sean Clark.
